Shipping Times and Costs

We are excited to get your order on its way!  Below you will find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times and pick up options

In-store Pickup

If you live in the Winnipeg or Gimli area, we offer free in-store pickup service for online orders. Just select the ‘in-store pickup’ option at checkout; once your order is ready we'll send you an email notification that it is ready for pick up – if you wish to pick up at our Gimli store – please notify us in the comments section of the Gimli store pick up location 

Within Canada we are pleased to offer free shipping for orders totaling $150 and above (before taxes), otherwise in Manitoba $12 and everywhere else, a flat rate of $15.

For all other regions you will be able to see shipping rates at checkout.

Please allow 1- 3 business days (excluding holidays) for us to process  your order for shipping.

Once we have shipped your package, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

Canada	4 - 6 business days
USA	4 - 6 business days
Rest of the World	4 - 10 business days

*These delivery times are estimates only. These do not include delays caused by couriers, customs, credit card verification processing or other delays outside of our control.  We cannot ship to PO boxes

Duties & Taxes

Canada

For Canadian customers, sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped. Duties will not be charged.

USA/Europe/Great Britain/Australia/New Zealand
